Hispano Stork Hispano-Suiza Stork dealership bronze statue by F. Bazin, France, circa 1920's. This style of mascot was first used by the factory after WWI, it was modeled after the stork of the province of Alsace. WWI French fighter pilot ace G. Guynemer, a Hispano customer, had this image painted on his airplane. The stork mascot and logo is considered one of the most beautiful pieces ever produced, this example was commissioned by the factory and made available to dealers for display in their showrooms, mounted on marble base, signed to the base of statue, base 13 x 6.25 inches, statue 11.5 x 17 inches.
